Your wedding, the way you planned it.

What happens after the venue is set, the flowers are ordered, long after you've found the perfect dress and shoes, you have the RSVPs and all that's left is the day of the wedding? That's where I come in.

The preview.

I'll meet with the couple to review the timeline. We'll go over the arrangements and vendors, walk through the details of your day, and identify any questions that I have for the flow of the day.

The practice.

I'll ensure the best man and maid of honor have the timelines and schedules. I'll work with the wedding officiant to choreograph the wedding, processional and recessional. We'll also make sure you the wedding party knows where to walk, stand and be throughout the ceremony.

The event.

Not all ceremonies are in the same location as the wedding. If that is the case, we'll make sure your wedding party and family have all the details they need for the ceremony. I'll supervise set up and logistics at the ceremony including cueing ushers, family and wedding party when it's time for the ceremony to begin. I will communicate with the couple for all timing and handle any emergencies that come up. Following the ceremony, we'll gather the family and wedding party for pictures.

The party.

On the day of your wedding, you can sit back and enjoy the festivities. Your day-of coordinator (me) will arrange vendors and instruct them as to where to set up. I will confirm the food timeline with the catering staff, supervise and support set up of any extra amenities related to the wedding (i.e. center pieces, table numbers, baskets, gift table, guest book, etc). I'll even arrange escort cards if needed. In the end, my job is to ensure that the set-up of the wedding reception reflects the vision of the couple and adjust accordingly.

During the reception, I will ensure proper flow according to your plans - from cocktails through the couple's send off. I will communicate with guests about details of when events are happening and where they'll want to be. My job will be be to make sure the couple are available and ready for important moments like dances, toast, cake cutting and any other special traditions you've arranged. I will cue speakers, musicians, DJ's and photographers in accordance with the timeline. I am sharp on details and keep a close eye on progress to prevent and fix and problems before they arise. I will remain available through the end of the event for any last minute details. Before I leave, I will ensure that the gifts are packed up in the pre-arranged vehicle and distribute final payments to vendors (I will not negotiate any terms of service beyond those that are pre-arranged).
