Life Design Coaching
Coaching for the person who knows something needs to change, but isn’t sure what to build next.
You've done the work. Followed the path. Built something that looks right from the outside. And yet something's off. The role doesn't fit. The business feels misaligned. The life you designed for a previous version of yourself is starting to show its seams.
Or maybe you've never quite fit one description. You're a writer and a maker and a strategist and something else entirely — and you're tired of collapsing that into a single answer at dinner parties.
Either way, you're in the right place.
You keep pushing through, but something feels off and you find yourself saying, “This can’t be it”
You're making good money but it doesn’t feel like enough
You've accomplished impressive things but still feel like you're one mistake away from being "found out"
Every decision feels heavy because you're not sure what YOU actually want versus what you think you should want
You dream of more alignment and fulfillment, but the gap between where you are and where you want to be feels paralyzing
You deserve to feel proud of what you’ve built and clear about where you’re going
Reclaim your energy and direction
No more second-guessing yourself. Just forward motion with clarity—without sacrificing what you've built or starting from scratch.
Redefine success on your own terms
Break free from inherited definitions of success and build a life that reflects your actual values, not just external validation.
Build unshakable confidence in your choices
You'll begin to trust yourself to make decisions about money, career, and life without the constant doubt or need to prove yourself.
True success isn’t about doing more. It’s about finding alignment.
I work with brilliant women who are doing everything right; building careers, showing up for their families, hitting every milestone, and still feeling like something's off deep in their bones. They want to bring their whole selves to work and to life. Instead they find themselves code-switching, second-guessing, and quietly wondering if they're allowed to want more.
The imposter syndrome. The complicated relationship with money and ambition. The exhausting gap between what you've achieved and what actually fulfills you.
I see it. I get it. It's why I became a coach.
I help accomplished women cut through the noise, challenge the beliefs keeping them stuck, and build a life that feels aligned — inside and out.
How I work.
I work with people who are at an inflection point:
You’re navigating a transition;
You’re rebuilding after disruption; or
You’ve quietly outgrowing the life you've built.
We slow down long enough to examine what you're actually building, whether it still fits who you're becoming, and what you want to design next.
This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about getting honest with yourself — about your work, your identity, your values, and the stories you've inherited about what success is supposed to look like — and then building something better. Not perfect, but chosen.
My approach is warm and unhurried, but it's not without direction. I'll follow your lead and I'll also ask the questions you've been avoiding.
The offer.
Monthly Coaching Two 50-minute sessions per month, held via video call.
Each session is a dedicated space to think out loud, work through what's stuck, and move forward with more clarity than you came in with. Between sessions, you have access to me via email for light check-ins and reflections as things come up.
This is ongoing, relational work, the kind where things compound over time. Most clients find their footing within the first two months and go deeper from there.
Starting at $375/month. Investment details shared upon inquiry.
This is for you if:
You're navigating a transition: a layoff, a career shift, a reinvention you didn't plan for;
You're a multi-hyphenate, multi-passionate person who feels illegible to others or to yourself;
You're building a creative business and want it to fit your life;
You know what you don't want but can't yet name what you do; or
You're ready to stop circling the question and start doing something about it.
This is probably not for you if:
You're looking for someone to hand you a plan;
You want quick fixes over real clarity; or
You're not quite ready to look honestly at what's working and what isn't.
(P.S. That’s ok! Timing matters. Come back when you’re ready.)
Ready to start?
The first step is a brief conversation. No pitch, no pressure. Just a chance to see if we are good fit.
